We keep things simple and customer-first. EU/EEA consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content/services that begin immediately upon purchase, this right may not apply after you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the waiver. We still handle requests fairly and aim for a quick, reasonable resolution.

  • Digital Products: training/advisory materials, courses, downloads, certificates
  • Digital Services (advisory/education): strategy, reviews, workshops; implementation remains with you

All deliveries are digital—no physical shipping. “Returns” mean revoking access or cancelling services.


3. 14-Day Refund

Eligibility window: request within 14 days of purchase. Email info@houseofmarketing.shop with your order ID.

Immediate digital delivery: if you consented to start right away, the statutory withdrawal may not apply after access. We still act reasonably—see “Services already started”.

Services already started (advisory/education):

  • Default: full refund within 14 days if little/no bespoke work was delivered.
  • If substantial bespoke work was completed at your explicit request, we apply a fair pro-rata refund or another customer-friendly remedy.

After 14 days: contact us—goodwill refunds are considered case-by-case.


4. How to Request (Step-by-Step)

  1. Email info@houseofmarketing.shop with subject “Refund Request” and your order ID.
  2. We confirm receipt within 1 business day.
  3. Refunds are processed within 14 days (usually faster).
  4. Refunds are issued to the same payment method where possible.
  5. Access to refunded digital content is disabled within 24 hours; any related certificates/licences are cancelled.

5. Payment-Method Specifics

Bancontact:

  • Technical refunds possible up to 365 days post-purchase.
  • No chargebacks → contact us directly for immediate resolution.

Cards & other methods: refunded back to the original payment method whenever possible. No admin fees.


6. Subscriptions / Staged Services (If Applicable)

  • Cancel anytime.
  • Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
  • For milestone-based services, you may request a refund within the first 14 days—we’ll refund in full unless you prefer a pro-rata arrangement.

7. Processing Times & Confirmations

Refunds are processed within 14 days and confirmed by email. If funds are delayed after our confirmation, please allow for bank/PSP processing times and contact us if needed.
