2. Scope & Definitions
These Terms apply to all quotations, orders, agreements, and deliveries of advisory/education services (strategy, reviews, workshops; implementation remains with you) and e-learning (courses, tutorials, downloads, access to learning content). Deviations are valid only if expressly agreed in writing.
3. Services & Delivery
E-learning (immediate delivery): After successful payment, you receive instant access (download link, account access, or emailed instructions).
Services (project-based): We acknowledge orders within 1 business day and deliver according to the agreed plan and milestones. Post-payment terms can be agreed in writing for services.
All deliveries are digital; no physical shipping is involved.
4. Pricing, Currency & Payment
Prices are displayed in EUR (€) (unless stated otherwise). Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Invoices/receipts are provided electronically.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EEA Consumers) — Our Extra-Lenient Policy
We operate a no-questions-asked 14-day refund for EEA consumers — even for digital products/services that have been accessed. EU law provides exceptions for instantly delivered digital content with prior consent; we voluntarily waive these within 14 days.
How to exercise: email info@houseofmarketing.shop within 14 days of purchase with subject “Withdrawal Request” and your order details. For services that have begun, we ordinarily grant a full refund within 14 days; if substantial bespoke work was completed at your request, we agree the most customer-friendly solution (often pro-rata).
6. Refunds (Including Bancontact Specifics)
Refunds are fast & fee-free, processed within 14 days to the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).
Bancontact: technical refunds may be processed up to 365 days from the original transaction. Bancontact has no chargeback mechanism — contact us directly for immediate resolution.
7. Access, Accounts & Fair Use
You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Unlawful use or infringement of third-party rights is prohibited. Sharing or reselling access without permission is not allowed.
8. Intellectual Property & Licence
All content, code, materials, designs, logos, and course content on the Website are the property of Motmillers Kristaps (Entrepreneur individuel) or its licensors.
